​How Do I Place An Order?

 

To place an order, you can put an item in the cart and go from there, or you can call or e-mail us.

We will be happy to assist you in any way we can.

 

Payment and Shipping

 

Once we have received payment, we will get your order in the works. Please allow 10 days for assembly, 2 weeks if you are adding engraving. We prefer to ship USPS priority mail. There will be no shipping costs if we mail you a watch within the US. Please advise if you need a different method of shipping. We will do our best to meet your requirements.

If you prefer not to use a cart, please contact us. We can invoice you through PayPal or accept personal checks or money orders.

​Returns & Refunds

 

If you have any problem  we will gladly refund  your payment, as long as the watch is in the original wrapping and has not been worn. If a problem arises at a later date, contact us. Repairs can be made, batteries replaced, etc. in our NC office.

How do I reset my watch?

A tutorial is on your warranty card. Should you have any difficulty, please call and we will walk you through the process.  It is simple, once you have done it a couple of times. The watches have a screw-down crown, which must be kept closed in order to prevent moisture from entering it. Please be sure the crown is snug against the case at all times, but do not overtighten it.
